- Lightly brush one coat of Pure Brilliance™ onto each Chopstick Holder. Pour needed amount of Pure Brilliance™ into a paper cup and water down to a milky consistency. Brush one coat of this mixture over first coat of Pure Brilliance™ and let dry.
